We do not provide classes of related design applications; on the contrary, we expect you to have a basic knowledge of Adobe InDesign and Adobe Photoshop. However, as our lessons are technically straight forward in the beginning, you can acquire any missing software skill simultaneously with third-party help (instruction books/tutors/tutorials), if need be. We don't request any proof of such know-how, but we would like to see evidence of your good usage during the study.

The lessons and your solutions to our study will be on the one2one e-mail exchange basis only. The lessons + tasks will get to you as PDF.  The solutions you can execute in any software you wish, should be sent as PDF only. In return you get the assessment from the tutor. He/she can request for corrections or give final credit points which allows you to proceed to the next lesson. 

Our experience has proven that the majority of our applicants are unable to attend full-time education based on daily classroom attendance. When we take into account other issues (handicapped, imprisoned etc. yet desperate for this profession) we are convinced that our one2one e-mailing method offers the maximum comfort for students and tutors and is actually closing the gap for equal oportunities.

Application procedure (TalentTest):
If you wish to apply for basic study (BGD), please send in:

• a selection of your best works (5 items is enough) to: office@eu-graphic-academy.online as link or attachment. Please do net send any illustrations, videos or animations. Samples of compositions with typography and images are best to assess your suitability for the study. We expect works like your own fictitious book cover, CD cover, poster, advertising for any product, even logos etc. Send it as pdf or jpg file, not larger than A4 or legal size and not more then 1MB/per work.
Apart from the works, please:
• indicate in the subject line of the e-mail in which of our programs you are interested.
• Mention your age (should be 18+) and attach your photograph.
• Short biography of your education and current occupation (if any).

We may then invite you for short ZOOM interview online.  When receiving a positive answer via mail from us you will find attached a contract form. Sending the completed and signed contract electronically back to us will be the next step. Providing all goes well, we will sign this contract and return to you electronically.
And this is special: Your study will start right after the indicated payment to the EGA account has been received. No need to wait for beginning of certain school year, semester etc.!!
In case you did not pass the TalentTest, we will send you a mail with the evaluation and reasoning. 

If you apply for advanced study (AGD) and are not a graduate from eu-graphic-academy.online, we request you to send a copy of your graduation certificate from a related institute as well as a digital version/link of your portfolio.

Language:
as our intention is to offer the study globally, English will be the language of communication. Considering the latest development of the AI, we encourage any not-fluent-english-speakers to use the latest translating tools. 
The tasks and the execution are provided in English, but after finishing it we do welcome one version in your native language too. This would enhence your portfolio when presenting in your country.
